At the moment there isn't a way for a customer to delete an old car / sat nav from their profile. When I traded in my 14 Reg Mazda 3 SE-L Nav for an 18 Reg Mazda 3 SE-L Nav I used the Mazda Toolbox app with a new SD Card and this meant that I had two Sat Navs in my account. Like many Mazda owners I registered for an account with and also used the Mazda Toolbox Application to keep the SD Card updated. What I didn't say when I started this thread is that this problem came on the back of resolving another related problem. I'll post back to this thread when I get an answer. I've chosen to write to Mazda UK and I'm now waiting for their answer. Sadly it wasn't as simple as that and the options given to me were to pay around £500 for a new SD Card or contact Mazda UK to ask for help. I had hoped that they would be able to just load the required data back on to the card and the problem would be solved. They confirmed the required data/software is no longer on the SD Card and that is why it doesn't work. Yesterday I took my car to my helpful and friendly Mazda dealer. This isn't the 8GB problem that other people have run into with older SD cards, the card's size is 16GB.
